This step does not quote, promise turnaround, or decide whether a CMA-marked report can be issued.

We review the request against the CMA certificate annex: parameters, methods, limitations; sample state; impartiality.
Work outside the annex cannot receive a CMA-marked report.

Testing is performed in a controlled environment. Changes that affect scope or impartiality require a new review.

Authorized signatories issue the report. After issuance, the number can be checked in this laboratory's verification ledger. That check is not a government authenticity verdict.
Confirm the object is a software product or system, the purpose is stated, and samples or access can be provided. Testing is not certification. This laboratory does not issue certification certificates and does not guarantee acceptance, registration or tender outcomes.
Software testing depends on the agreed environment. Changes to environment, tools or configuration may affect conclusions and must be controlled per the contract. If the client does not provide samples or access as agreed, the contract applies.
Client materials are handled under the confidentiality statement. If a relationship may affect impartiality, this laboratory may recuse or decline the work.
Complaints about inspection and testing should use Complaints and reports, not the Request testing form. You may also report to the local market regulation authority.
