Scope of Acceptance
We welcome complaints or reports regarding the following matters concerning our organisation:
- Whether inspection and testing activities are independent, impartial, and honest;
- Whether report data and conclusions are consistent with our scope of capability;
- Whether confidentiality obligations are observed;
- Whether the use of qualification accreditation marks and certificates complies with regulations.
This page is not a sales inquiry channel. Complaints will not enter the testing consultation funnel, nor will they be used for lead generation in accreditation or consulting.

- Administrative reporting: You may also report to the market supervision and administration authority at our registered location. This page does not replace administrative reporting, nor does it restrict your statutory rights.
Handling Principles
- Recusal: The personnel complained against shall not participate in the investigation.
- Status: Complaint records are only labelled as "Received", "Under Investigation", "Closed", or "Rejected". We do not use the statuses "New / In Progress / Spam" from the inquiry system.
- Timeframe: Specific timeframes follow the quality system's complaint procedure; we do not promise a number of days on the success page.
- Outcome: The investigation conclusion will be notified to the complainant in writing. Complainant identities will not be published on the website.

For commercial enquiries regarding testing plans, turnaround times, or pricing, please use the "Testing Consultation" channel. For regulatory verification of certificate authenticity, please use the official channels published by the qualification accreditation authority.
