Self-declaration

Pursuant to Article 16 of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Inspection and Testing Institutions (State Administration for Market Regulation Order No. 39), an inspection and testing institution shall, on its official website or by other public means, make a self‑declaration regarding its compliance with statutory requirements, independent and impartial practice, fulfilment of social responsibilities, and strict adherence to honesty and good faith, and shall be responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy of the declaration.

I. Compliance with Statutory Requirements

We undertake to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and rules governing inspection and testing, as well as the scope, limitations, and marking requirements set forth in our qualification accreditation (CMA) certificate. For projects outside our accredited scope, we do not issue inspection and testing reports bearing the CMA mark. We do not forge, alter, misappropriate, or lend our accreditation certificate or mark.

II. Independent and Impartial Practice

We carry out inspection and testing independently, and our test conclusions are not influenced by commercial, financial, or other interests. Testing personnel do not participate in certification decisions for the same client or the same subject. This website does not provide access to commissions for affiliated certification or consulting services.

III. Fulfilment of Social Responsibilities

We are accountable for the inspection and testing data and results we issue. We cooperate with market supervision and administration authorities in their lawful supervisory inspections, accept and investigate complaints regarding our inspection and testing activities, and inform complainants that they may also report to the local market supervision and administration authority.

IV. Strict Adherence to Honesty and Good Faith

We truthfully publish our certificate status and scope of capability. We do not solicit business through false or misleading promotions such as “guaranteed pass”, “national verification”, or “international mutual recognition”. Our “Report Verification” service on this site only verifies records against our internal ledger; it does not constitute regulatory verification, nor is it a formal judicial appraisal.

Boundary between Testing and Certification

We conduct software inspection and testing, but we do not carry out certification activities in the capacity of a certification body. The presence of the word “Certification” in our company name is merely a fact of our registered business name.

Responsibility for this Declaration

This declaration is the responsibility of our organisation. In case of any inconsistency with our certificate or its annexes, the certificate and the information published by the issuing authority shall prevail.
